CoolParty

things are finally starting to look up.
the party Gods are in my favor, kind of like making up for the months and months of no partying.
The Nome and I went and met up with Anna and Crista (who this time pooped on the party and left early) at a friends house. It was this nice little apartment within the foggy night. We entered and were greeted by a fake, stuffed dog.
After some introductions (all of which I have, of course, forgotten their names) we started in on some drinkage.
I then rambled constantly through the night but with so many eager ears to listen. It was odd telling old stories again to people I just met. The best part is I met one guy who does some amazing art and hopefully will do an art show with me and a girl who is also going to be studying abroad in Florence, Italy the same semester as I am through the JC.

NerdParty

Went to a house party last night.
It was a house rented out by a bunch of dudes and a few of them REALLY like Star Wars.
There was actually a lot of cool stuff on their walls. One of them is a print artist and framed all their stuff.
It was interesting, and kinda nerdy too.
And and, it was pretty much exactly like the script I wrote with Spike. Hah!

I decided to call the Nome who said that Anna and Crista and her were at Whole Foods to visit me. So they came to Aroma's instead.
Then, the Nome decided to poop all over our party and leave so Anna and Crista and I hightailed it to Anna's ghetto-white-trash-tastic trailer in Sebastopol where we stayed up watching "Northern Exposure" and laughing over her pumpkin beer, 40-year-old Corona and a quarter of Kahlua. Then we crashed in a giant pile of blankets and sheets.

The next morning we woke to a beautiful day and went to the beach, and hopefully I have those pictures up soon.

Now I'm going to take a FATTY nap.

Tribal Connections

yaya, so my hiking buddy returned.
Tamalpais and Mt. Diablo will be dominated soon.
Other than that we hung out last night, I realized my house makes people sleepy and bored. I don't like it.
Seeing Lauren again made me want to get a band going even more. Soon... very soon.
I've also got backup plans lined up that make me pretty excited (I almost don't want things to work out so I can just straight up leave), but I've got some extreme patience.

PS: I've started designing and doing more vector art again... see?

Blackout

So there were multiple blackouts today at Whole Foods.
It was fun for a while, and then it turned ugly when the power would go on and off every 30 minutes (and when your shift is 8 hours long, that really sucks).
But we still got silly and told jokes in the dark.
I felt like I was in a cheesy teenage slasher movie.

I requested High on Fire on the Fox. He said I was really cool.

PS: my nose is bleeding.. HELLA.

bad nachos

Today was strange.
The day started great and then I had some nachos and it pretty much went entirely downhill from there.
One good thing is my old 7th grade art teacher wants me to come in and do a little slideshow or talk to the class. That should be fun. I don't think she gets many chances to see a former student come so far. She seemed super surprised when I told her about all my achievements (and plans).
Some little goodbyes tonight as well.
Let's just hope mine will be even half as sweet.
