Stand Still

I have a big weekend ahead of me. The next two days I have off and only work one day before the big 4/20. I'm excited for the day; it will be my own little vacation.

But recent events make me not so excited. I contacted two different people for the PBJ job and the gallery show over a week ago and I've still no answer on either of those subjects. And with the recent relationship development I've dived even deeper into a stupor. So life is at a stand still, a stand off if you will. Everything could fall into my lap at any second or not at all and I'm right back where I was, shitty job and nothing to do.

Enough personal conflict. Let's get fucked up.

Beyond the Wizard's Sleeve

Amber and I relieved our work stress by indulging in a feast of sweets and a cooking show by Wampire at Holocene. We learned how to make vegan potato enchiladas.

















Earlier in the month my roommate was arrested at a peaceful protest against the portland police department. I found his photo in Busted magazine.

















Apart from finishing the first chapter of my book I've also landed myself an art show at Red and Black Cafe, possibly in November, around the same time I hope to release said book. I'll probably have an opening and I'm kicking around the idea of contacting my favorite north bay bands (Litany, Heavy Hills, Purple Mercy) to play at said opening.
