Oblivious

Here's what I've learned since I've been back:
Nothing's changed.
No one has changed or perhaps they are becoming more batshit crazy, neurotic or immature.
I feel like I'm choking on everyone's egotism.
What the hell happened?

Can I go back to Italy now, please?
